About Author :
Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh is teaching in the Department of Political Science, Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi, New Delhi. He did his Ph.D. from School of International Politics, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His research includes diverse canvass of foreign policy including regional cooperation. He has contributed enormously to wider spectrum of foreign policy both in India and abroad.
