About Author :
Prof.Mony is presently working as Professor of Law in Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) at Delhi, in their College of Law. He has his doctoral and post doctoral degree in Law from Berhampur Univeristy in Odhisha. He has vast experience in teaching and Research, besides Post Graduation in Commerce, Business Law and International Law. He is engaged with a Research Project with University of Lapland in Finland. He has visited and delivered lectures in many countries in Europe and UAE.
